Your role will include

  • Handling incoming enquiries for both cars and vans, requesting information and after qualifying the customer needs provide clear advice and quotes
  • To respond to new leads for both car and van leasing deals
  • Following the Cameron Clarke sales process combined with your own skills and experience to meet agreed sales volume targets and maximise profit opportunities
  • Contacting new, prospects and existing customers
  • Raising customer orders
  • Updating the CRM system with accurate information
  • Self generate leads through referrals, recommendations, existing data, always looking for opportunities
  • Effectively manage the full customer lifecycle from initial enquiry through to delivery and aftercare
  • Maintain relationships with existing customers with the aim of generating advocacy and repeat business
  • To make calls on a daily basis with a view to an appointment to discuss vehicle fleet and requirements with businesses
  • Identify new sales opportunities
  • Working towards targets & KPI’s
  • Take time to talk to customers and build a genuine rapport to identify the customer’s needs
  • Follow the guidelines and principles from our regulatory bodies – Financial Conduct Authority & BVRLA
  • Problem solve issues as and when they arise

The ideal individual for this position:

  • An experienced Sales or Telesales Executive looking for a new opportunity
  • Holds a valid UK driving license
  • Desirable – motor industry knowledge Can demonstrate a successful sales career
  • Has a genuine passion for customer service
  • Willing to put in the effort required to build up your client base, a positive attitude towards working hard
  • Confident and professional both on the phone and in person
  • Be focussed on achieving goals, a self motivated team player who helps when required and consider others
  • A commitment to ongoing learning
